BUFFALO MOZZARELLA

  • The MACIOCIA mozzarella has been available since July 2014;
  • The MACIOCIA mozzarella is made in Quebec by an Italian artisan cheese maker;
  • In order to take advantage of the cheese’s freshness MACIOICA mozzarella should be consumed at room temperature within the first few days of production.
  • Remove the MACIOCIA mozzarella from the refrigerator and let it warm on a plate at room temperature for at least 45 minutes before serving, this allow the cheese to reach it’s full flavor.
